Initial Setup

Setup date: 27 December 2006
Aquarium: MP Aquarien, Model Karat 120, 240 Liters, 120x40x50
Substrat: Medium and small gravel (2-4 mm,
aprox. 40 Kgs) plus JBL ProFlora Start (aprox. 3 Kgs)
Other: 2 large driftwood logs/roots
Filter: EHEIM Professionel II 2026 950 Liters/Hour
Thermostat: 2 x JAGER Eheim Aquatics Typ TSRH, 125 W,
Total 250 W
Lighting: 144W, 4x36W, Power Compacts, LifeTech,
10000K Daylight (10 hours) )
C02: JBL Profi2 Set with solenoid valve and
diffuser, 1-2 bubbles per second (10 hours).
Thermother: Digital (0.1 Celsius precision)
Water change: 30-40% every week
Water elements: average PH 6.8, average temperature:
28 Celsius
Flora: Pogostemon helferi, Anubias barteri var. nana, Anubias barteri
var. barteri, Echinodorus bleheri,
Hygrophila polysperma "Rosanervig", Echinodorus "Red Special", Microsorum pteropus,
Microsorum "narrow" and Microsorum
pteropus 'Windelov'
Fauna: approx. 6 "Red Cherry" shrimps,
approx. 10 Physa snails
